At Heaven’s for Quitters, every item is made to order through our trusted print partner Apliiq. Because of this custom process, we follow Apliiq’s fulfillment guidelines for returns and exchanges.

❌ All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered
• Change of mind
• Minor color or placement variations

Each item is made just for you. Please double-check your size before purchasing.

✅ Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives with a printing defect, damage, or is the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

🔁 Replacements Will Be Issued If:

• The item is damaged or misprinted
• You received the wrong size or design
• You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

We do not offer refunds, but we’ll replace approved defective items at no cost to you.
